Richard Powell and Peter Martin both presented papers at the ‘History of Arctic Anthropology’ conference at the Royal Anthropological Institute (RAI) in London on 27 and 28 February.
Richard’s paper was ‘Fin de Siècle Method in Arctic Anthropology and Geography’, and Peter’s was ‘”Kalli on the ship”: Inughuit Abduction and Disciplinary Formations’. Both of us got great feedback, and there were really excellent discussions over the two days at what was a very enjoyable event.
