On 3 November 2020, members of the Arctic Cultures team participated in the first of the HCEP (Histories, Cultures, Environments and Politics) cluster’s Research Seminars for this year.
The seminar took the form of an ‘Author Meets Critics’ discussion about our SPRI colleague, Dr. Michael Bravo’s, recent book North Pole: Nature and Culture. The Panel comprised Johanne, John and Nanna, together with Josh Nall (Curator of the Whipple Museum, Cambridge), and there was a response from Michael, as well as engaging discussion with the audience. The event was chaired by Richard with support from Peter.
The HCEP Research Seminar series for 2020-21 is co-organized by Richard and Peter. Details of upcoming talks can be found here.
