The second Project Workshop, ‘Exhibiting Arctic Cultures’, was held successfully in Cambridge on Saturday 11 February 2023.
Project Workshop 2 focused on developing the plans for Arctic Cultures exhibition in 2024, as one of the final outputs from the project. We were delighted to welcome back former team members to join in the discussion of how to display the key themes from the overall project, and make them accessible for different audiences. In attendance were Richard Powell, Jenny Dunstall, John Woitkowitz, Johanne Bruun, Peter Martin, Morgan Ip, and (‘virtually’) Liz Walsh.
The workshop involved an enjoyable Saturday at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge, spent discussing exhibits, audiences, learning outcomes, and practical plans. One of the highlights was the scale model of the Temporary Gallery of the Polar Museum, created by Morgan Ip.
